I am guessing you are having problems with the Java Virtual Machine which
decodes the javascript and displays it in websites.

You can try downloading the MS-Virtual machine from
http://www.virtualmachine.tk/ (recomended) or the Sun version from
http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

thankyou for the response. i put my question in this thread because it seemed relevant. the original poster never specified which they were having trouble with. i actually didn't say that it was javascript, so while i appreciate such a timely response, i hope it wasn't a snarly one.

if your computer complains about a "virtual machine applet", then it's
Java. Get from source at www.java.com. read there what this is all
about. this is *not* javascript.
