help: win xp restart

Hey there. I just did a clean reinstall of win xp. And Winxp shutsdown and
restarts without me even doing anything. As I am typing this and my other
computer sits at the desktop it has done it 2 times. I already have the
"auto restart" feature turned off. It happens when the "activation"
reminder comes on. I'm not connected to the internet on that computer.
Please help me.

also....i've checked for msblast.exe and it isn't there
