maximizing windows

I am trying to install the critical updates for XP on a
new computer. However, the part of the window where it
asks if you accept the terms is hidden, so I cannot fo
any farther. I have tried dragging the corners and
sides, but to no avail. I have also tried several other
things, but I cannot get the window to enlarge enough for
me to continue. Anyone who can help will be greatly
appreciated.
