unable to download for XP to protect against worm

I have the firewall on. However when I go to step 2 and
try to down\load the Blaster worm security patch for
windows 32 bit the Page will not open - "Page cannot be
displayed" - What can I do to protect my computer. At the
moment I do not appear to have the worm.
