I have downloaded a huge amount of articles from the
Hebraic Heritage Ministries International website into my
computer. As I do not have enough time to peruse through
each one of them while on-line, I brought all of them over
in mht and html format. Just yesterday I tried to open
some of them and I found them to be non responsive.
Windows told me that it could not open them. I was advised
to find out what program was used to create the file. As
of this moment, I could not open, move nor delete this
files which are about 400 mb in size. Pls advise me on how
I can rectify this problem. I am using xp home os and
office xp thank you

Jose,
I'm not sure of the reason they aren't opening in the normal way, but if
they are .htm and .html files, you can try
opening Internet Explorer (click 'file' choose 'work offline' ) then click
'open' and navigate to the files and see if they display that way.
Hope this helps

Hi,
I suggest you save the webpage to mht format that could
browse as a file in your pc when offline.
Click file/save as/*mht
