Hope I'm in the right area here....if not please direct
me to the correct area!
I am the admin of our home computer (the mom!). My
daughter will stay up all night on the computer and then
sleep all day. Now that the new school year is coming I
need to stop her from accessing the computer after I've
gone to bed. Our older computer was easy....you need to
enter the password before the computer will boot. I have
tried the same thing with Windows XP but it does not
work.
My question is: Is there a way to configure windows xp
so that you need to enter a password before it boots
completely? Also: Is there a timer that can be set that
will automatically turn off the computer at a specified
time?
Thank you very much!
