Judy,

To setup webpag, you need to have a Internet Protocol
Address of your company. I assume all of the hardware and
IP available. I guess you'd like to make the webpage
content for your employer, right?

From my experience, I have copied some webpages to
microsoft word and saved to xxx.doc file. Then you could
modify the content of the webpage.
At last, save it to htm file that's ok.

However, you must change more in content. Otherwise you
will be punished for copy right.
