Microsoft never called back...I guess they're busy, but I
did a search of the Microsoft knowledge base and
found "Microsoft Knowledge base Article - 326815 which
walked me through renaming the the log file. It worked
and the patch installed....now if the patch works, we'll
be home free. Good luck Donna
