Can not install my lexmark x1150 printer to windows xp

A driver here, maybe newer than yours. Has a May 2003 time stamp.

Do other USB devices work correctly on your system?
The X1150 works well on 2 XP Home systems I know of.
If the updated driver Mary points you at doesn't work, try another USB port,
or it may be a faulty USB cable, or you need a BIOS update.
