how do i get microsoft's attention on my activation
problems. they say we never have to activate but once.
i've had to activate more times than i can remember. my
pocket pc crashed again. i had to reload stuff, among
them microsoft reader. on microsoft's web site, they
said i needed to update both my computer's and my
pocket's reader. again, yes, again, it registered the
wrong activation address. now i can't read previously
purchased ebooks. last time, after many days, microsoft
gave me an url where both my computer's and pocket's
reader was changed back to my original address
activation, and i could read my previously purchased
ebooks again. yet again, microsoft has again forced me
to reload reader and again has made me use msn.com
address and again i can't read my books. how do i get
microsoft's attention that while activation is a perhaps
a good legal device, in actual use it is a big bust and a
deterrent to using microsoft products if you can't help
it. how do i talk to them about this problem. how do i
fix it. and explain to me how to make activation work
for me instead of constantly making me crazy. i will
never never buy a reader book again. i will never never
buy a pocket pc again. this whole thing sucks, and the
many hundreds of dollars i've spent was thrown down a
deep well. i can barely use any of these above-mentioned
products without constantly running up against this d***
activation hell. i'm about to throw my pocket pc into
the trash and delete all of my ebooks and start over with
palm and acrobat. this truly really sucks. i've had to
activate almost ten times, three times, seven times with
various products. i've had quite enough.
