Runtime Error

I keep getting an error that reads:

Runtime Error!

....

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more
information.
---------------------------------------------------------

This error appears when I try to use Internet Explorer, or
My Computer, and only seems to come up when logged in as
one particular user, and goes away if you set the user to
have administrator rights. Can someone please either post
a solution, or email me as to how to fix this problem
besides giving the user full administrative rights.
