I have one xp home edition machine that I use for ftp
server. It has a static public IP address so people can
download things from the ftp server.
However recently I notice that somebody "steal" bandwith
from my network, there is no downloading, uploading, web
surfing activities, however I saw the "Packets" sent out
increase dramatically and several minutes later, it blew
away our T1 line service since it takes 100% of the
bandwith, and that's what the Covad T1 line service people
told us also " unsual traffic from one of the machine..."
Did anybody see similar problem? What should I do?
Thanks in advance!
