no sound

i had to reboot my computer. after i did that i had
no sound on my user. the other user screens have sound
how can i fix this. i cannot even adjust the volume
when i go to the control panel.

You might try: Go to start, settings, control panal, sound, and make sure a
sound scheme is selected. If you see No Sound, click on the down arrow and
select Windows Default. If that is not the problem, I am not sure . I hope
