how to go about getting a replacement disc...

I went out of town for about a month and my room mate
informed me that my microsoft Windows XP disc had somehow
been damaged. There is a crack starting from the middle of
the disc about 1 inch long in length. I have spent I don't
know how long on Microsoft's web site just trying to find
a way to email them and am at my wit's end.. Any
suggestions would be very much appreciated.
