I am getting the following event viewer item when I boot
my machine. The machine boots but locks up several MS
programs as well as Norton Antivirus 2003. After about 5
minutes everything becomes available.
I have all patches and service packs installed.

The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time
from one or more time sources, however none of the
