oulook adresses

I am now running win xp on my hard drive and on my old hard drive windows
98se I have all my address in Microsoft outlook and need to get them to xp,
I cannot put my old drive on as master as my new machine wont see it but I
can slave it to my xp drive can someone tell me how to transfer my address
please

Dave I use Outlook Express and we can export addresses by going
to File/Export and then choose Address Book.
