I have a problem where I am running XP (Home version) and
Internet Explorer will not load unless my accounts are
set up as Administrators. If they are set to Limited I
get a runtime error saying the program has requested that
it be shut down abnormally?

I can say from personal experience that Internet Explorer works just fine on
non-admin accounts, as I never run as an admin on any of my machines. So, we
need to figure out what is crashing. If you have installed any software that
"plugs in" to Internet Explorer, then this may be crashing when you don't
run as an admin account. Have you installed any toolbars, popup stoppers, or
anything else that interacts with your browser?

Administrator Account. I then established a new account and the admin
account information disappeared. How do I access my Outlook
information from the admin account while running my new account? Or,
how do I simply run the old admin account (I'll just delete the second
account I made)? Thanks.
