So I got zapped with sobig even though I had current
Norton virus updates. I then downloaded the new sobig fix
utility but the docs say to "disable System Restore"
before running theutility then re enable after the fix. I
know this is supposed ot be easy But I can't find where to
disable/enable the settings. HELP

Right click My Computer>properties>system restore tab>enable 'Turn off
System Restore.
