Considering you can buy XP PRO for around $150 american
there is no finacial gain in getting XP HE. That being
said, there is also not much sense in getting XP PRO
unless you are going to use your system for a server or on
a large office or school network. For a simple Home stand
alone system XP HE can do just about everything that PRO
can do and all it takes is a few downloads and registry
tweaks and HE can even do the IIS stuff and most of what
PRO can do. Good luck.
