After I downloaded and installed the last two critical
updates my Netscape did not access the mail already in my
folders. I uninstalled Netscape 7.1 then reinstalled,
now it will not come up. It spins its wheels, showing up
to 99% use of the CPU, but never comes up in the programs
running window. HELP
