Cardex Service

[Nanuaq]

I keep getting an error that causes a system stop/reboot
at miscellaneous intervals. The error message I get is
that; The Cardex service failed to start due to the
following error: Cannot create a file when that file
already exists. I can't find anything about the cardex
file on the microsoft website that makes any sense for xp
pro; nor any help categories for it. It keeps telling me
to contact the person with administrative rights over the
computer. That being me...... Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!
