I have placed new destinations (all folders) in the "send
to" folder as per instructions in "Help". When I right
click on, say, a Word file to send the destination does
not appear in the list.

Hi,

Did you place the new destinations under your local profile?

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\SendTo

Thanks for asking the question, Charles! I'd always wished I could do this
but didn't know it was possible. Very cool! Just put them in the proper
folder, as Rick mentioned. It tells you in the help file which folder to
put them in. :)
