Have you had the msblast worm? That error message is often the first
thing people see.

You have a leftover from the RPC exploit. If you weren't aware that you
were being attacked, then you should follow the steps outlined in
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp.
If you have already cleaned up, then you need to search your startup
folders for a file by that name and delete it.
