aida32 is the program you want. It's free and the most
powerful benchmarking tool I have found yet. Do a search
for the site closest to you to download and install it.
This tool will tell you everything from your chipset to
your bios and everything in between. It even provides some
links for driver updates to the manufacturers sites. Good
luck.

AIDA32 is an excellent program but doesn't give info on your power supply
wattage.

While Aida32 is certainly a very useful tool, it doesn't provide
this particular piece of information. Neither does Belarc Advisor or
SiSoft's SANDRA.
