Windows Updates

When I start windows updates it runs just find and
searches my computer for critical updates and windows
updates. When I run select critical updates it works just
fine, Loads the updates. But when I select the Windows xp
updates it rung the entire windows updates programs and I
get a copy of the updates report again wiht the right
pain of the box a copy of the first large windows update
window pain. It will keep doing this over and over again
and lever allow me to load the Windows xp updates.

Any thoughts?
