I believe it is a hoax--I have an earlier posting asking
same question as I deleted before I heard it was a hoax
and now I am trying to find out what the ap does. If you
hear let me know...

That is a well known hoax--the file in question is the java debug manager.
Don't delete the file.
If you later receive a "clean" copy of the file by email--that is the virus.
It is a common method of distributing several backdoor trojans.

If you did delete the file,don't worry about it. You won't need it unless
you write and debug code.
