right click

when I rt. click, the save target as, cut copy paste
options don't come on. Open,properties, and print DO come
on. I'm using XP. any help? please email me at

You are describing the normal appearance of the right click menu when right
clicking on a link. If you first highlight a link and then right click,
then copy will become active. Paste and cut remain unavailable because
these are editing tools you cannot use on a web page displayed in your
browser window.
