Q324929 HELP !!!

Please help,
I have downloaded Q324929 (for IE6 SP1 which I have installed on my
computer).
After downloading Q324929, a window appears that says I need to have IE6 SP1
installed and it doesn't install the Q324929 after I click on the OK button.

I am running WindowsXP Home Edition (Upgrade from 98SE) SP1; IE6 SP1; OE6 on
a 566 Celeron processor w/512 MB RAM.

Check to make sure that your versions of the files dont already match the
ones listed in the article. This was an older security fix so chances are
you might have newer files on the machine.
