My computer (Gateway) recently had a problem and XP had
to be reinstalled. After Gateway reinstalled Windows XP,
it would not let me use Word, and I no longer have an
authenticity code/serial number to intall it.

Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Contact gateway for suuport. only the company who sold you the computer can
help.

That would be on a the Word installation CD packaging on a bright
orange sticker that says "Do not lose this number."
