XP problems

I got what looked like an old network message on my PC.

I IE was disabled. I used the restore function and now
have a browser again.

I have Internet security 5.0 and am experiencing problems
with time& date properties. I have loaded current Virus
definitions but page shows that they are 122 days old.When
I click on windows tools bar clock I see wild scrolling of
dates. In addition all IE pages forcing scroll to the
bottom of the page.

I thought it was keyboard or mouse both replaced

I have run latest stinger no issues reported
