the OEM isn't an upgrade so setup pro and delete home.
it is a pain to delete XP, microsoft and most sites say
you can't, what i did was while installing the other OS
overwrite the partition and change file system which will
totally delete home all together.
I learned this no thanks to microsoft but my own
experience.
