I have XP Home and cannot get on-line with my ISP and the
help person on hand this weekend can't figure out why.
Anyone out there with a step by step fix to get going or
do I need to wait for the full crew on Monday? I guess
this happens a lot with XP Home!

This is not a normal occurrence with HE. I have two HE machines and a Pro
box that connect fine via broadband.
Unfortunately there is no simple answer since you haven't provided any
details about the problem. The few times I've had to trouble shoot a broad
band connectivity problem for a client it's generally been an issue with the
provider rather than a problem on the local machine.
