Some of the programs I've installed want to start-up when
Windows does. I knew how to control this in 98SE, but I
can't seem to find a similar tool in XP Pro. None of
these programs have internal settings to prevent this,
and it's a pain shutting them all down everytime I boot
up. They're not showing up in the start menu either.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
