blank. but know when i go to the welcome screen and press
alt+ctrl+del twice and type Administrator for the user i
get some weird user type restrictions error???

Sounds like someone noticed the blank password
and helped themselves. If you connect to the network
this probably happened very soon, since there are
active scanners looking for just that, Administrator
account and no password.

That's normal. You can't log in to the Administrator account in XP Home
other than by going into safe mode (pressing f8 on startup and choosing
"safe mode")
