make sure 'clipboard is activated' - ie
a/
go start/run - clipbrd.exe/
or
b/
open msword/edit/click - clipboard/

use msword/paint/etc - 'paste in clipboard image'/
save as...(name it and you save it)/

alternatives - 'snagit' - been around long time - ie
