msblast

hi my pc kept restarting, and when i scanned for virus
norton found none. i did online scan and it found nothing.
i did the msblast fix/removal tool it found nothing. when
i did a regedit i found msblast in the registry. i
installed the microsoft patch and enabled ms firewall,
rescanned and found nothing. it is still being seen in the
registry and i delete it but it keeps coming back. any
suggestions?
