Password Protection

I have a file folder that I want to "password protect"
I am using Windows XP (home) I do have a seperate user
log in from the other user in the house - but I want to
mark this file folder Private and make it only
accessible via password. These are not zip files nor do
I know what a zip file is or how to make them zip files.
