cannot acces secure sites

I've been trying to acces my bank accts. or try to
purchase things, and it wont allow me to the secure sites.
I alreday contacted my DSL internet provider and they try
to help me but is not on them they told me in on
microsoft. So I need help

We could use a bit more information here. What if any error message are
you getting? My first guess through the beer is your browser needs to be
udated to one that supports 128 bit etc.
