I have a hp 815c printer and my drivers wont work with xp, I have been to
hp website and they don't have an update for xp. I am currently using
windows own drivers but find you don't get the full support and options with
them any advise on where to get drivers or can I use the windows 2000
drivers instead.

cheers Dave

You can usually use Windows 2000 drivers on XP.

I have an 842C printer and am quite happy with the native driver. What is it
you feel you are missing?

Not a perfect solution but there are third party programs that can provide
those features that were dropped in HP's XP drivers. Fine Print
(www.fineprint.com) is one such program.
