I'm using Windows XP. When attempting to save a cd cover
from a number of websites in the "save picture as..."
window, I don't have the option of saving as a jpeg. My
options are only Art and Bitmap. How can I save as a Jpeg?

Greetings --

Use Control Panel> Internet Options to empty your Temporary Interenet
Files.

You can turn off Compressed Graphics in AOL's preferences to get rid of the
*.ART option.
