Firewall unchecks itsself

Every couple days pop ups start coming again. We have
checked to enable the firewall. then without anyone
doing anything it is unchecked. Help!

It sounds to me like you must be rebooting your computer every couple days
and that is when it doesn't get turned back on. Go the options or
preferences section of your firewall program and make sure that it is set to
start at Windows startup.
