NO AUTO SHUTDOWN

WHY DOES MY PC NOT AUTO SHUTDOWN.I HAVE AN FIC SD11 MOTHER
BOARD WITH AN AMD 751 CHIPSET AND A 75- MHZ PROCESSOR.i AM
USING WINDOWS XP.

Please don't post in all caps - it's considered shouting, is extremely rude
and makes your posts incredibly hard to read.

Let me get this straight...you're running XP on a system with a 75MHz CPU?!
That would struggle with 95 - let alone XP!
