I am not familiar with blaster placing icons on your
desktop, but maybe it did. What I would do is right
click on the icon and select properties. Look and see
what the shortcut is linked to. Is it a website, if so
just delete the shortcut. If it is linked to a file, go
look in the directory where the file is located and see
if the there is an uninstall link. Look in the Control
Panel under Add/Remove Programs and see if there is an
uninstall option for the program there. If not, just
delete the folder. Regardless of what the shortcut links
to, it is safe to just delete the shortcut to get it off
of your desktop. That is true about most all of your
shortcuts on your desktop. If it has a curved arrow in
the icon, it's a shortcut.
