How can I prevent users from saving data to the desktop -

Hi, my wife uses an older machine (200Pro & Win98), and the nephews use
it too. I stopped desktop clutter by going to her profile directory
under windows, and setting her desktop directory to 'Read-Only' I also
set all her current icons to read-only too. I told her that if she
needed anything changed, or such, to just let me know.

Oh, the nephews are all under 8 and don't know how to get into
directories and stuff yet. I'll have to move to real accounts and
permissions once I discover they know more.
