Deleting items

If I saved something in my Documents and then I deleted
it and then deleted it from the Recycling Bin is there
any way that I could go back and retrieve it. I have been
told that there was a way to do that and I have been told
that there isnt so I was just wondering.

There is a program written and for sale to do exactly that. It only works of
course if after having been deleted it wasn't over written. I don't think
it's worth the effort (or cost) but if you search for it on the net you'll
find it. Do not do a disk clean, defrag or other functions in the meantime.
