Start | All Programs | Acessories | System Tools | Disk Defragmenter.
Check Properties of this link in case you wish to find executable name
to "run" it.
Can find out more about this in XP's Help searching for Defragmenter.

As you see there are several option. Another, just as with Windows 98, you
can right click your drive icon in My Computer window and select
Properties->Tools.

I have just upgraded from ME which had Defrag, Disk Cleanup, and Tune Up as
scheduled tasks. How should these be setup with XP? The Add Scheduled Tasks
does not list them.
ps. I have the system configures as a single user and have not activated the
Administrator Account.
