Backup

On initiating a full backup, the instructions reach a
point at which I am instructed to insert a disk in the CD-
RW drive. When a disk is inserted, the instruction window
remains unchanged, and the backup does not proceed. The
disks I am using are new and, as I believe, pre-
formatted. Please advise, anyone who has had the same
problem and solved it.

Hi Frank,

Are you using ntbackup (the program included with WinXP)? If so, you should
be told that it does not support backing up to CDR/CDRW.
