RUNDLL Error loading?

I get the following message every time I start the
computer. It is the first message on the opening sceen:

"RUNDLL error loading
C:\Program\NewDot~\NewDot~2.DLL.
The specified Module could not be found."

This showed up after checking Criptography (turning it on
and off as per previous instructions)Is it something to
be concerned about?
