I've found that programs installed before a Restore rollback still
exist in the Program Files area, but only as a few skeleton files.
They can't be uninstalled because they are no longer installed in the
registry, but AFAIK the Program File folder can simply be deleted.
HOWEVER, if this is the sort of program that leaves souvenirs in your
system, then you may be better served by reinstalling and then
uninstalling.

(If I'm wrong, I'd appreciate one of the experts correcting me.)
