How do you copy one users profile to another, assuming
your logged in as administrator

Or just press WindowsKey+Pause/Break
On the Advanced tab is a section titled "User Profiles."
Click the Settings button. Use the dialog window to copy one profile to
another.
NOTE: You cannot be logged on to either of those two profiles for the copy
to be successful and need to be logged on to an account in the
administrator group to perform the operation. Some folks create a temporary
admin account for this purpose and then delete the temporary account after
they have successfully copied the profile.
